Dinah Pryce

With a background in Occupational Therapy, I have experience of a wide range of problems that people encounter, particularly those arising from ill health and disability. I have also had an interest in psychology and counselling for many years. I take an integrative approach to counselling (including person-centred, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches) from a Christian perspective, enabling me to work with both those who have a faith and those who have none. It isn’t always easy to open up to a stranger, but I can provide a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental environment in which to talk about your life. I will listen, offer support and explore your issues and difficulties with you. We will work together to help you achieve a greater understanding of yourself, and to make the changes you want to see in order to improve your wellbeing.

Ill-health, depression, anxiety, loss, self-esteem, spiritual issues.
