Having been born and raised outside the UK, I can bring a particularly empathetic approach to those from other cultures and backgrounds who feel marginalised in any way. I employ various methods of therapy depending on what best suits the individual client’s needs. I use creative methods of therapy such as drawing, sand tray, figures, and pictures. These can be effective and powerful means of reaching deep-seated issues, although of course they are only one of many approaches that I use with my clients. I have a particular interest is helping couples and young people.
