Coach Profile: Jane Moffat

Many of us have areas in our lives we want to address. These can be about self-confidence and esteem, saying ‘no’, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, personal effectiveness or changing direction. Whilst counselling eradicates life’s metaphorical weeds, therapeutic coaching fills the void with new plantings and nurtures their growth.

In working together, we co create a safe space for reflection, clarification and healing. And into that space I bring a wealth of personal experience and an holistic approach, responding and seeking to integrate the spiritual, psychological and emotional needs of each client as they move forward towards wholeness.

I believe everyone is their own expert and my role is to enable you to access your own wisdom. I do this listening deeply, building awareness and self esteem through offering perceptive feedback, affirming the uniqueness of each client, supporting them in recognising their own patterns of thinking and encouraging those powerful insights which deliver transformational change.
