Jane Dunn

Registered Counsellor

Work with Jane

I use an integrative approach to counselling which combines being person-centred, as well as exploring how thoughts can influence emotion, how the past may influence the present, and spiritual approaches, as appropriate to the person and issue being brought. With my breadth of experience and training and your permission, we may use other approaches that might be helpful, including the creative.

Personal Introduction

I have worked in two pregnancy crisis centres and three Christian counselling centres around the UK, as well as in a secondary school for five years. In addition, I have worked in private practice since 2007, which includes counselling, supervision, pastoral supervision and debriefing. This means I have worked with a wide range of issues, including those listed below.

Experience

I have been counselling since 2007 and would create a safe and supportive environment for you to talk through and explore the issues that you want, so that you can be the person that you wish to be.
