Rainbow Counselling is committed to supporting the next generation of counsellors through high-quality, meaningful placement opportunities.

We offer placements for counselling and psychotherapy students who are in training with recognised institutions and are working towards their required client hours. As a placement counsellor, you'll be part of a supportive, inclusive environment where your growth and learning are valued.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of issues, depending on your training and readiness. All student counsellors receive regular clinical supervision and are supported by an experienced team that understands the challenges and rewards of being in placement.

We welcome applications from students who are:
• On a recognised counselling or psychotherapy training course
• Covered by appropriate insurance and professional membership (e.g. BACP, ACC)
• Committed to ethical, person-centred, and inclusive practice
